Formerly the Nappy Hair Fair, the Toronto Natural Hair & Beauty Show is a place of celebration, delicious healthy food, informative workshops, demonstrations, consciousness-raising conversations, thought-provoking panel discussions, vendors, exhibits, dance, song, and positive vibrations, meeting new and old friends, all this and more await you and your friends and family at the 3^rd Annual Toronto Natural Hair & Beauty Show 2005. TorontoNaturals cordially invites you to attend this years show, which is an informative, fun-filled, and powerful family event.

 

The Toronto Natural Hair & Beauty Show will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2005, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the Centennial College Conference Centre, 940 Progress Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.  General admission is $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door.

 

 The Toronto Natural Hair & Beauty Show  is truly a community effort and an excellent living example of the Kwanza principles: Umoja (unity), Kujichagulia (self-determination), Ujima (collective work and responsibility), Ujamaa (cooperative economics), Nia (purpose), Kuumba (creativity), and Imani (faith). This one day is filled with teaching, learning, celebration, and shopping. They provide a wonderful opportunity for the folks to witness the Kwanza principles in action, to be surrounded by positive energy, and to be part of making our Hair-story!
